Falling Into the Sky
Life and death forget their places
The half-way line is gone
Just a blur where people hide their faces
But pray to see what’s wrong
Divination from a well of insight
Speaks in riddled jests
The only answer is whatever’s inside
The reflection knows what’s best
To become is to find what you are
So many lonely roads
In our loss we think that we’ve come too far
But without it you wouldn’t know
Night and day are the gods of reason
Sun and moon their eyes
To slip from one will deter the seasons
Unbalance leads to rifts and lies
Darkened skies are forever tainting
Whispering words of death
Preying on those that are tired of waiting
Draining until nothing’s left
Dreams of light will decay the dark skies
Take you back to love
After falling you realise that you can fly
The light has lifted you above
