Falling For a Dream
Have you ever had a dream
You were falling from the sky
And just before you hit the ground
You jump up with surprize
I’m falling, falling, falling
Just like a shooting star
Don’t hit the ground or else you'll die
It just feels quite bizarre
It does sound quite amusing
But it’s called the myoclonic jerk
To dream the theme of falling
Is a hint that we’ve been hurt
I’m falling, falling, falling
Just like a shooting star
Don’t hit the ground or else you'll die
It just feels quite bizarre
It seems that this is negative
And may affect your life
Because it’s triggered by insecurity
Troubles, anxieties and strife
I’m falling, falling, falling
Just like a shooting star
Don’t hit the ground or else you'll die
It just feels quite bizarre
It could be something trivial
That sparked this dream right off
So take a look at different theories
Don’t just sit and scoff
I’m falling, falling, falling
Just like a shooting star
Don’t hit the ground or else you'll die
It just feels quite bizarre
Your heart just pounding faster
You panic from the start
And as you begin the spiral fall
You’re screaming in the dark
I’m falling, falling, falling
Just like a shooting star
Don’t hit the ground or else you'll die
It’s just feels quite bizarre
You find that you’ve been sweating
The sheets soaked through and through
You can’t remember anything
And can’t explain it too
I’m falling, falling, falling
Just like a shooting star
Don’t hit the ground or else you'll die
It’s just feels quite bizarre
