Fallen Leaves

Fallen Leaves

       Dr Ranjit Dutta

Fallen leaves
Converse with darkness,
Fallen leaves
Converse with moonbeams.
Covering face in
folds of night
Fallen leaves sob,
Being pearl of dews
Tears of night roll
Have you ever seen?
Flying anchal and
Rubbing colours in lass's cheeks
You 're shameless phagun
How would you feel
The pain of fallen leaves,
And melodious pain of
It's mute devastation !
