Fallen
Understand these words,
these hidden meanings,
fight in vein,
to deny these feelings,
answer me this,
the truth in your heart,
so many questions,
where to start...
how do you feel,
"it's complicated",
with that answer,
I am not sated,
dig deeper,
understand?
does it appeal,
to hold my hand,
a kiss on the cheek,
was I too brave,
did I jump too soon,
my heart too far gone to save,
I've fallen for you,
hard and fast,
but without these answers,
I won't last,
will you tell me,
that we're through,
or will you tell me,
you've fallen too??
