Fallback of Lies

My words escape my thoughts
With a cloak of lies
And a hood of silver
Lips of gold
And an accent of truth

My mind's deceiving oath
Perpendicular array of the lying cloak
A dark shadow's shining on my eyes
As my lips whisper lie after lie

And you tell me to faint
Fall back on my everlasting
When everything else is gone
Either way I'm not walking on my own

The bars are bent and weakened
My everything and all is leaving
I'm standing and saying my peace
As my soul comes crashing within
Without the pressure of the world
Spinning on the edge of a dime

Stop, take back, think back
Realize, hold on, stay strong
Take luck, good care
See you at the end, see you then
I'll see you at the end
