Notes About The Poem

Been cleaning out the gardens in my large yard .

Raking, hoeing, edging, replanting bulbs that get dug up, cutting back the roses and getting thorns in my fingers, What Fun. lol

Actually love this kind of work and wouldn't have it any other way. It relaxes me.

I look forward to the Spring when it all comes back.

Gardening in preparation for any season is fun and healthy - and what a pleasure when you plant seeds and they blossom or have a veggie patch and you pick and cook the veg you have grown, very gratifying. Hugs and blessings Judy Jennifer.

I love our garden as well, but it is established so all it needs is watering and once a week we have a Gardener who does the weeding, the edging, prunes the roses paints my pots because I love colors. A garden is the face of your house - we both give it love. Love and hugs, Jennifer.

With a little knowledge one can have a beautiful winter garden. There are many flowers that thrive in winter, especially the Winter honeysuckle, and clematis. ~~

Pl ease come and do my garden. LoL Just kidding as living on the West Coast, no snow and not that many leaves. This weekend, Judy, back to the 90's.. Flowers of all kinds bloom here year round and I don't miss the Midwest. Spent decades there raking, shoveling and freezing))) Pangie xx

Well, I hope the snows will hold off for a while -- quite a while, actually. Here's to a real Autumn for a change. So far, so good in Chicago, anyway. Delightful weather this week. Cool evenings and nice warm days, with low humidity. A blessing! :) gw
