Notes About The Poem

Fall Comes With No Flaws

A palette of tones and modes carefully laid on an unburning flame. _by Poet

I gasp and utter silent sigh, in thrall
poised on the edge of crisp susurrous fall
         mother's leaven variegated peaks
lie on a sea of amber - scarlet streaks,
yellow, and green allures xenial call

This 'bite size' sure is the right size, Eve. What a stunning fall you've portrayed! Cheers, Gershon
