This is wonderful. I can see the changing of the leaves on a daily basis. The sight is so beautiful and breath-taking. This is very refreshing. Great job! ~Joseph

Ahhhh but not all places change time in this world. But unfortunately we have all the leaves changing colors so winter is around the corner. God Bless Phyl

how true this beautiful poem is. thank you for reading my an young lad's first ball game. if you look at the date 1922 and the caption at the bottom you will see that is was not me. i never had a releationship with my dad, until i was 18, so know how you feel also. this poem was about what i wished it would have been like, or just about some other kid somewhere. but thank you for reading my other poetry also and for your comments.

Hello Deneen, this is very profound. A rational and very true message conveyed so simply. Take care. Love, Chitra

They are more precise then the weatherman. Letting you know it will get colder. A realization of a season that went by so fast. The smell of burning leaves and the sound of trick or treaters. Yes Deneen so few words in your beautiful poem but so many thoughts that become alive in yourself. Thankyou for simplicity and words that tell so many personal stories and bring back memories. God bless Michael and Janice

Deneen I reckon that is the truth - As for our little bird -it had not a feather on it when my daughter found it but we got some canned dog food and raised it and now it is a bird that will forever have its home here with us and in our hearts - We think it's a finch - It's just starting to get its adult feathers and once their in we'll be able to tell much better - God Bless
