Fall

Autumn's hue, a season of change Leaves fall to the ground, their vibrant range Golden, crimson, orange, and brown A colorful carpet beneath the gown The trees stand tall, their limbs outstretched Bare branches etched against the sky, a sketch Nature's canvas, painted with grace As leaves drift down in a gentle embrace Frosty mornings give way to warmth and light Summer's heat now but a distant sight Crisp air fills lungs, invigorating all As nature prepares for winter's call The scent of pumpkin spice and apple cider Wafts through streets, evoking memories thicker Than the fallen leaves that crunch below A time for harvest, love, and woe The wind whispers secrets, ancient and true Of seasons past, and those yet anew In autumn's embrace, we find our place And cherish every moment, every trace So let us bask in this fleeting time When nature paints her masterpiece divine For soon enough, winter's chill will come And spring's renewal will have begun
