Fake Roses

It was Saturday evening when we had our date, I was so prepared and assured that I won’t be late! Preparing everything for my one true girl, She makes me smile and makes my round world swirl. Sitting on a chair and so quite nervous. She slowly walked in and was so delirious. Fireworks were sparkling everywhere, Felt like I was in a place called Madison Square. I was about to give this fake roses of love, Gently smiling like a sweet scent in the cove. You got so mad and felt so insulted. These fake roses were ill terribly affronted. I held your hands and tried to say my words. “Hear me darling and feel these broken chords!” Fake roses won’t rot like those pretty skies in blue. It’s forevermore and that’s how I so love you.
