Faith Is…

Faith is seeing what some can’t see,
Faith is being what one should be.
Faith believes what can’t be believed,
Faith is receiving what is to be received.
Faith pursues a higher way
Faith refuses to in disbelief stay.
Faith is unreasonable, some contend,
Faith leads to a grander end.
Faith forsakes the reasoning brain
Faith is beyond what many can explain.
Faith is childlike to genuine possessors
Faith is foreign to mere professors.
Favored recipients – more than a few
Arrival at a place that is altogether new.
Instant access to heaven’s throne
Thankful to never in solitude roam.
Happiness reaches beyond the pew.
