Faith and Hope
When seeds blossom into tree
when deserts into greenery
when ice melts into water
Drops of love makes life alive and longer.
When clouds come down as rain
Oh to the farmers what a wonderful gain!
When the bud blossoms into a flower,
Fragrance and essence of delicacy it does shower.
When desires like a river flows,
And the winds of change blows
When the enlightened face glows.
Still ambitions and aspirations in the heart does row.
When you do for someone long,
And your heart for him does sing a song.
The melodious lyric fills the air,
Everywhere with a spray of gratitude, grace, affection and care.
When there is only self-sufficiency
but none to lend or borrow,
Where there is happiness in the sorrow,
Where there is light in the darkness,
Where there is joy in the sadness,
Where there is blessing in the curse,
Where there is diseases someone to nurse.
Where there is love in the hatred or jealousy,
Where there is recovery in the injury,
That's Faith and Hope
That blossoms in the thorns of misery.
That's Faith and Hope
Cultivated, nourished and cherished by
content,love and nobility.
