Fairytale Ending
I miss who I was when we talked every day
Such joy and happiness, all you brought my way
Sacred feelings only you, could unlock inside me
Set free once again, like when we were thirteen
Our companionship grew, it bound you and I there
Fostered a connection that was something so rare
Till one fateful day, a new pretty face appeared
And unleashed the reality of my one greatest fear
Your absence, the void, I still feel empty and sad
Hoping nothing replaces the bond you and I had
A few months have passed, my heart, it still longs
It's hard to accept that 'our' days are now gone
Our story wasn't finished, you were supposed to stay
I was still in the chapter, and you turned the last page
I'm falling apart, I'm breaking in two
When you lost me, I lost the best parts of me too
