Fairy
The grownups they don’t know
They’ve forgot how to see
But you're a believer.
You Believe in the magic of me.
My Name it is Dancer
A Fairy am I
I live in a kingdom
Between the earth and the sky.
My hair is of gold
My dress finest silk
My wings glisten and shimmer
As the sunlight takes hold.
There’s more than just me.
We fairies are many,
Come play and you’ll see.
If you look, Oh so closely
Forget all you hear
Under the bluebells and buttercups.
You’ll know when we’re near.
We come and we play
We laugh and we sing
We all come to see you
Even the queen and the king.
In sunshine or darkness
Under starlight or moon
Just whisper our names
And we’ll be with you too.
We fairies we know and we see
We know you believe.
A secret we share,
Between you and me.
Believe in this Magic
We are with you forever.
Whenever you’re happy
Or feel under the weather.
Look out of your window
Under the toadstools
Amongst all the heather
Look closely, youll see
That glittering gold,
That’s right, that is me
