Failure

I tried today and failed again
I’ve tried so long I don’t know when
It ever went the way of which I planned

I’ve given up on wondering why
I’ve learned it doesn’t help to cry
Nor does it pay to try and understand

But each time that I stumbling fall
I rise with my back gainst the wall
Resolved to bury disappointment’s ire

With: “Just keep going, day by day
Don’t ever let it have its way”
That’s what I tell myself to feed the fire

That burns inside my beating heart
And urges, “Make another start”
Don’t worry that you’ve failed each time before”

“Just make sure that you try again
For if you do so surely then”
The day will come when you’ll have your reward”

Thats awesome, very emotional and expressive of honesty. I disagree in not trying to understand it, it will zap you energy to self-contemplate and further your spiral for a while. And crying is the tool to use to find true honesty, which is required in contemplation. What are the real patterns in your life of failure? What is your goal? love, god or money, power? 2 vs 2, pick one. Both will cost you your soul
