Failure

I try to count the tiles
One by one
Then I decided that it's no fun
I tried to count the grooves in my skin
Then I lost count and tried again
I tried to think of when I use to cut
I cried and cried until I stopped
I tried to count all my scars
But the internal ones go too far
I tried not to think of that night
And how I lost that F-ing fight
I tried not to think of the friends I lost
Because that monster wouldn't stop
I tried not to think of what he did
So I wouldn't cry again
I tried not to I swear
But it appears that again I failed
Sometimes I feel
That it would be better, if i just
Disappeared

WRONG!!!!!! You bring something special to the table. There would be a void if you disappeared. Those who would judge you aren't worth your time. Good advice from Logan. NEVER give up. God Bless, Rain Child. Vince

The deepest pain is in the soul. The hardest task is in finding a reason to exist. Your poem shows the deepest of depression. Validation of life is in your words. Don't let your voice be silenced.
