Faerie Deal With Mr Cat Man Chew

You have to have a power animal faerie’s mother told her.
She settled on a large white animal with a soft little purr.
That’s a cat, they are a danger to faeries, her mother said.
I don’t care, I love this one. I like sitting on his head.

The tomcat woke up and was astounded at the faerie.
She had wings that were beautiful – opalescent and airy.
Let’s be friends, the cat said, and maybe I won’t eat you.
So, this is the deal she made with Mr. Cat Man Chew.

Imagining the unimaginable, but natural enemies can become friends if they are willing to negotiate and come to agreements.

I have always had a puppy and kitty raised together, and they always love each other.
