Fading Memories
Thinking of my past
Knowing that my time won't last
All of these blessings
All of these pains
When I think of what they are
Everything leaves an emotional scar
Trying to reach out for the thoughts
But the memories have gone way to far
Beginning to cry I cannot remember
My hearts beat starts to slow
Like a fading ember
My body goes cold like the month of December
All of this because I cannot remember...
