Fading Friend
Lights are going dim
I'm fading out of the picture
All I see is you and him
Nothing to find piece but read scripture
I stop and pray
Hoping your feelings you fade away
I'm giving you space
Leaving behind everything w/o a trace
I want to interfear so bad
Sitting and watching makes me mad
Knowing that he's hurt you before
A thousand times your heart's been sore
He only wants one thing
All you endure is pain and suffering
He doesn't care what happens to you
What's he says isn't true
You deserve more then him
You have cried out as a Seraphym
Nights would pass where you'd just cry
The loss of tears make your eyes feel dry
The more you thought about it
The more you felt all the regret
You say it's the end
You won't let it happen again
Come the next day
He speaks trying to say
How he's done no wrong
That with him is where you belong
Reluctant again
You let him in
I'm giving you the freedom
All our memories we don't need them
I can't keep stand by your side
I'll be gone before you realize
You might get hurt so bad you will see
maybe you will finally wish it was me
