Faded To Nothing

colors slowly dullen
as my whole world becomes more sullen
overwhelmed with gloom
A flower blooms only to die
In turn I cry
my eyes are fogged
I cant see past
my mysery
My life has quickly faded
to Nothing
a dying shame
crying with plenty of blame
forgotton but not forgave
dead

Another day of reading the many diverse poems here at the Soup. I enjoyed reading yours today Jessica. Have a wonderful weekend. I need to see if I can find some inspiration this weekend. Love, Carol
