Faded Memories

Though the destination is our own choice
Departure is always painful
Especially when we leave the ones
We really want to keep for ever

But there are occassions
We really should depart
We wish to stay
And we know we can't

So we keep them in memory
On the upper layer of our mind
We try not to forget
We will be able to do it for sometime

Then those thoughts will fade
We won't see it clearly as we used to be
They won't inspire you anymore
We face new realities

I think it is ok
We need new faces
That will keep us going
If not we would stuck in the past

Past is good to remember sometimes
Past is not meant to live
Present is the only reality
Future is not revealed to us yet
