Fade

When the sun sets low,
I can't believe what my eyes can see.
The colors change
in every way,
then they fade away.
When the night turns black,
the sky is clear and stars appear.
The moon says high
and a star flies by,
then it fades away.
When the sun rises high,
a new day with the air so warm.
The wind blows by
and clouds puff their stuff,
then they fade away.
Nothing changes,
with the sun,
with the moon,
yet they come back again
just to fade away.
