Facebook Cv

I think I’ll like my status
Who’s with me?
Facebook’s overrated
Full of fake peeps,

But they live in the real world
two faced boys and girls
Scared reputations will spoil
when employers on the prowl,

Looking for something appalling
to pull you from the pack
interviewed well but falling
through Facebook crap

They all know it’s fake you see
yet an extension of your cv
silly ideas say it reflects facilities
when in fact it isn’t me

A poet so out of line with common
when I come on I mock the book
I mean come on is it cool to log on
acting ideals when we know your look

You must have misunderstood
if you’re judging private and professional
you've a scope which is just no good
illegitimate selfish lies laid by tools

You think there’s proof of the character in the profile
when the picture's photoshopped
I think truth stares back in a false style
which can’t be topped

Facebook tells of the happy side
it’s a whole picture lie
don’t think you can see inside
when half is denied

I'm being totally serious
they take Facebook too serious
if they think they see clear in us
our way from a status
