Notes About The Poem

Fabric Silk

Silk, fine lustrous fabric
a rapturous vow path
Elegant romantic wedding
gowns; woven tulle waltz pose
rhinestone whirled in eddies
do the wed till eternity

REreading this one, the eddies line really stood out for me. It was a lovely image. Congrats in the contest.

Silk, compliments of a tiny creature whose appearance might be disdainful to some, created such beauty that silk was in hightest regard by emperors and kings! You chose well Eve. I loved your creative entry! Congratulations on your placement! : )

I think perhaps the most important piece of fabric in a woman's life, the piece from which her wedding gown is made. Nice write Eve.

Wow, what a glorious write, so full of a delight that I felt the clothing on...well sort of as I wouldn't wear women's clothing per se (Don't ask Emma about that, it's embarrassing)! What a brilliant piece, with all the rhinestones on and everything! Great Work!!
