F,A, Day
Five A Day.
Have you had your five a day?
Now you know what the doctor said
If you don't heed and change you're feed
Then soon you could be dead.
Spinach and carrots, cabbage and sprouts,
broccoli and peas no doubt.
An apple, banana a pear to share just shout.
You need to stay healthy, it's not just the wealthy
It's vital for kids everywhere.
Go shout it out loud
go shout to the crowd
let them know that you care.
YOU NEED YOUR FIVE A DAY.
