Eyes, Lips, and Cheeks

Why do our eyes wonder
Why do our eyes meet
We both have lips that never speak
We both have lips that never meet

Red blushing cheeks
I can't help but try to hide
We both know the feelings inside
Why did we have to leave it at goodbye

I'll think of you when I sleep tonight
I hold you in my dreams
What if I told you life isn't what it seems
What if I showed you what all this could mean

Why do our eyes wonder
Why do our eyes meet
We both have lips that never speak
We both have lips that never meet

If I told you I loved you would I change you're views
Could I hug you and take away your blues
I'm an open book
Waiting for you to pick up the clues
