Eye Catcher

There are times That even the moon Catches the eye Taking upon its wounds The healing rays of sunlight Leaving earth in the gloom Of sunless sky turned night. But the earth does not mind For it knows that the moon Will never leave its side It was born to ever be true Like a Mother to her child. Rhyming verse © CarolineCécile - 04.04.12
