Explain
isolation, seclusion
solitary confinement
solid thoughts and beliefs
with reason behind it
sincerity to self and self reliance
i live my life for me
i don't care if you know what i meant
over reacting to a thought repeatedly
a vulnerable approach to my insanity
a feared understanding that pushes me
to my sanctuary.
by you or by me,
wrong by what you see.
what you feel, and you think i need
prove to me that my thoughts are wrong
to explain it might take too long
but there's no point in taking the time to explain
can i remind you that i've already established pain.
