Existentialism

Build what you want to build, you are the architect.
But in your creation, it is you that will reflect.
You are responsible for your choices and actions.
Only you can build your own attractions.

You are the author for your design.
For you, there is nothing divine.
First, you need to be yourself and not one in a crowd.
Show your uniqueness and strive to become who you inherently are aloud.

Build yourself, what is around you, and your future pathway.
Keep writing what is next, and try not to stray.
It is yours and only yours,
so you make your own doors.

There is nothing to be afraid of, not even death,
because you know what it means to have a breath.
Not being here anymore is the motivation that it gives.
Just because we all die, does not mean all of us lives.

Interesting write! Even though my maxim is "No one lives unto himself; No one dies unto himself"! Nevertheless, your opinion was stated aptly! Look forward to reading more of your poetry!
