Existential Thoughts

amazement
     appears
     to outlive
the commonplace
     to exhaust
     in the pre-shock
of existence:
yes,a forfeit
      to float
      unchanged,
discreet
&
sincere
if
    distilled
becomes
a needless
scarcity
'til
swamped again
by
excess
