Everything I wanted
Everything I wanted, and I never had,
Embodying courage to sift my daily realities
To observe purified sun flashing on my face
And watch the night light idling on my pillow,
Unlocking sweet dreams,
To delight my indeterminable moment,
Without distressing struggles,
Pulled all over by miserable shadows,
While pursuing matters of the heart
Yearning for secrets buried inside forgotten palaces,
Building statues of emptiness
Enforcing the code of the dead and the living,
With hope being my only sympathizer
Through freezing winter nights
Never had chance to gaze at the looking glass,
Never visualize spring could encircle me,
With blooming images to cheer my immortal being
As enlightenment breaks through every system
To realize, everything I wanted,
I will never have,
Yet I’m glad to view the blue sky,
Listen to melodies from ancient forest,
While experiencing the joy of silvery mist,
As I explore the world through enchanting dreams
Stuffing my heart with wonders, to realize…
May be whatever I deserve, I have,
May be someone knows why?
