Everything Black Not Bad Engulfed In Darkness

EVERYTHING BLACK NOT BAD ENGULFED IN DARKNESS

Darkness, all around me
Sadness is beautiful
          Everything black not bad
           Everything dark not mad

The blackness engulfs me
Gladness liberty fears me
           Everything black not bad
           Everything dark not mad

And the cold of this heart
Shield me from the love of God
           Everything black not bad
           Everything dark not mad

And the cold of mankind, never surrendering
Never praising Him
The blackness engulfs me
Gladness liberty fears me
And the cold of this heart
           Everything black not bad
           Everything dark not mad
Hope isn’t lost within luck
Faith is the force that turns up
So what’s your problem?
Been burden to often
           Everything black not bad
           Everything dark not mad
