Everyday Is Halloween

No matter where you are.
That sensation is there.
Your spine runs with chills.
Your screams are heard in the air.

No matter what day it could be.
Something utters in the shadows.
Your blood runs cold.
You don't know where to go.

Ghost and ghouls are still giving a fright.
The dead silent in the night.
Wolves howling to the moon.
Witches brewing in their candlelight.

Monsters are inside our heads.
Demons are under our beds.
Fiends walk among us
or they harbor our dreams.

Though the veil is thinnest on that night.
That feeling of them watching us throughout the year
Nothing changes for this I know
It sticks with us forever more.
