Everyday Depression

Every day I battle depression

trying to learn the right way

the truth not always real

let me ask a question

how do you really feel?

from anxiety, p.t.s.d, a.d.h.a.d

emotions are sharp like a Ginsu

everyday I will continue

battle all these evil thoughts

wont let me be

make my life stop

I cant I wont fall victim

be another statistic

stuck in this mental prison

mental illness is so vicious

panic attacks

pacing back and fourth

fourth and back

loosing my mind

lost too many friends and family

to a mental cause

constant mental grind

will it pause

look past the illness and find

someone compassionate

the realness

loves to live

loves his kids

asking god to send a sign

dont end......this life......this life of mine. -TA (Real Talk)
