Everlasting

She is worthy beyond belief,
That passage she sort has been pushed deep,
Deep, deep, down onto the bed of dreamless sleep.
The helpless flight of the sunlit sky holds nothing,
Not even the call of the starry night.
She holds the moon in place,
Seeking his reverent embrace,
Grains of sand flow like waves lapping at her soul,
Illuminating a path in the space below.
It takes flight with their fire and bright lights,
Each piece floating and grieving the faint hearts.
She takes one last breath,
Not even he can tear them apart.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
