Evergreens

from dawning till day is downed
There are no finer moments 
than when poets are around.

Hand-me-downs in history
a legacy left behind
Is what poetry becomes
treasures gifted to mankind.

A rhythmic constellation 
starlight gleaming in their genes
Multifaceted poets
