Evening In Paradise
From a mountain top on high
Evening paints a tropical sky
Dips the brush in mauve and pink
Waits for blazing sun to sink
Covers sea in blanket rose
As trembling waves their eyes do close
Gently kiss the flaxen sand
Where footprints trod this heavenly land
Softest breezes sway the palms
In the twilight of the calm
Veil of night which darkness brings
Hears the song Hawaii sings
