Evenfall
In my sky
stale sun slinks slow,
blazing
still life’s stalled time,
slinging like dark cloud,
casts pensive
shadow
on dim day,
destined
to find soon
the night fall
through the twilight shroud.
With hope to see stars shine
I
wait at edge of dusk.
