Escaping the Sun

And there I was, running from what I have done
I was gone, I was finally escaping the sun
In this moment and time, I held nothing back
Nothing mattered, not the things I lack
or the things I never told you
So here is the goodbye scene, lets be true
So in the end, we can say we had the best time
Instead of crying and wanting to change our minds
Things will be okay, ask anyone
You will see, when you are finally escaping the sun.

Today there was little sun in NYC - it rained all day. Yes, things usually turn out O.K. Tears wash away pain. Love Matthew Anish
