Erase All Evil

Once upon a dream An old man in the night Heard a little child’s scream He debated in his head Whether to save the child in the night Who gave him such a fright So old man night debated And deciding he ran into the trees He couldn’t let himself not save a potential dead Not this not again He ran and ran and ran And heard the clackity clack of his old mans knees But, he realized something was amiss When every step he took was the same The old man in the woods Did not want to have a Lady Death kiss After a minute the strange feeling left And he ran into a pure, white tree Where there sat a golden haired young boy who’s face could only be described as carefree The silence broke The boy spoke He said---- “A peace for a peace A love for a love Your life I shall now take And send it to He who lives above Evil takes and evil knows When you become infected Evil grows I know what you did So long ago You killed a dyeing dove, the body you hid My job is to erase The evil that you are I will listen to your pleas But remember your face I will not!” At first, the old man confusedly scratched his head But after hearing these words He screamed and shouted saying “this is only a nightmare It’s all in my head, soon I’ll awake safe and snug in my bed But, they both knew he was lying After a second, his body was being burned It was painless but deadly Beautiful yet awful And strange but natural
