Entitlement

“Do you know who I am?” he cried When showing up too late To board his flight; Montana police Were summoned to the gate. United workers would not budge Despite repeated threats To call the corporate honchos, Thinking they’d express regrets. Instead, Ted Cruz was booked again For later in the day And lucky for us all Entitlement was kept at bay.

Hahaha. Our NDP leader here in Canada years ago got stopped for speeding I think it was. He said "Do you know who I am?". So the amnesia police said no and he showed great insult and was allowed to reenter the government's building with his identity after the police saw he was concerned for their ignorance. Trevor

I'm almost certain everyone recognized that face, Ilene. He's made sure everyone knows what he looks like, and he thinks everyone will defer to him. Wrong! Nice poem, BTW.
