Enough

Time with you, precious, few
No more talk of dreams come true
Just happy for this time with you

Touching you, simple, true
No passion there for us to share
Just tender love when touching you

I close my eyes in the early morning
And drift off to dream of you
In the dream, desire, longing

But right now, in the waking day
I only want this time
I won't ask you yet to stay

It's not how I always pictured love
There is such power in our connection
But in the moment, our love is enough

Your love has always been enough...
