Enjoying a Summer Rain
A summer rain falls gently from the sky,
and settles softly on the meadow green
refreshing mother earth and beautify
the countryside with happiness unseen,
while love and nature joyfully convene.
As you and I stroll down a country lane
enjoying petrichor in summer air,
our clothes are getting drenched by gentle rain;
I gaze into your eyes without a care
while kissing droplets from a cheek so fair…
