First Poetic port o' call
is your innermost thrall!
Share what you write
and, you'll enjoy in spite
As mother gives birth
in giving there's mirth.
Teach when you write
the World deserves light
Guide, correct, direct,
mankind to have respect.
Encourage as you write
don't spurn, don't blight
Near the top you'll drift
should another you uplift!
Protect when you write
will that not be alright?
Blind people yearn or cry
to see thru your eye;
The Infirm in you may walk
the dump in you to talk
Those broken through
to make a breakthrough,
"discord of broken record"
to break the vocal record
For, whatever you write
You're the world's light!
Hail Soupers who write
they bestow our birth right,
Cherish, therefore, thy wit
and treasure their writ!!!!
