Engament Party

She who rest me
Might I labor
To understand
Her evilness
That she mocks
My beliefs

 66 burgers grilled rare ( mixture of chuck and brisket)
66 fried fish fillets battered and fried

Onion and currant spread for burger
Cucumber and relish tater sauce for the fish

Cheese spread for burgers
2 cups of swiss
2 cups of pepper jack
1 teaspoon of mc cormicks
       Season all
2/3 cream cheese
1/4 mayo
1/4 parmesan cheese
1 cup of butter
4 tablespoons of buttermilk cultures
2 tablespoons of crown royal
1/4 dehydrated onions
3 tablespoons of crushed garlic

                     Mix and spread on buns and toast brown
                 .....
The mixture is same for the
fish  ( minus crown royal)
add 1/4 diced cucumber
1/4 of lime juice 2 tablespoons
Of gin and 1 tablespoon of
Lemon zest
 Spread the bread and toast.....
Beef relish
2  1/2cups of caramelized onion
1/4 cup of carmilized garlic
 1/4 cup of apricot jam
3 tablespoons bbq sauce
2 tablespoons of worishire sauce
3 tablespoons of diced candied ginger
1/4 cup of minced golden raissins
4 tablespoons of beer
Cerley salt to taste
Cook until beer taste mixes smooth with the onion

Fish tarters sauce
2 cups of mayo
1/4 cup of sour cream
4 tablespoons of lime juice
1/3 of cream cheese
3 tablespoons of gin
1/4 of diced cucumber
1/2 cup of sweet relish


Clean cut and fry 14 pounds of
Potatoes either
French fried or home fried

In an over warmover burgers until
Medium well
And
Well done

Bacon
Lettuce
Tomato
