Endings
The days without ends
nights wishing for lovers to mend
A wife holding her husband, she no longer knows
children, I will never have time for their forgiveness
mending from a life filled only with grief and sadness
which of these days will show me my end
promising a day, that will take endless regrets
a lonely lifetime, built without even a breath of fun
these nights we have nothing, but a bowl of hot dew
take a life to which you add a false laugh and a fake smile
and the truth will hide beneath shallow sounds from our tears
mothers and fathers end in divorce
brothers and sisters, never to meet their next of kin
the kind words from a passing stranger
is all that keeps you earthbound
waiting for your turn, to head beneath the ground
oh, what a heavenly sound
