End of the World
How do you think it all started
On the fallen earth you bemoan
They teach you the truth
But you learn to lie on your own
Where did morality go (look what you've done)
Giving and taking
Reaping more than what you've sown
Trumpet sounds
Don't look down on yourself
It's not just you (don't you see)
It all started in the garden
Catalyst of prevailing misery
Trace the steps of the pale horse
The time is near (you do the math)
Hearing nothing but a still silence
Confronting face to face is starts to laugh
Don't you see (it is the end of the world)
Turn back
But it's too late for me
Sin has trodden
Making me a slave
Death has come
Written on my grave
Still afraid (growing bold)
But you see it's not over
Seven seals to unfold
So reach out for anyone's hand
'Cause it had better be the arm of one who can withstand!
