Encounter

I ran into you last night in a dream
Amidst all my thoughts of loving you it seemed
Like our paths would never cross lifes way
Still memories of regret for yesterday
The decision to go your way
Was a mere thought no matter What you really wanted to do
But you did it and it left me blue
I was fiercely angry cause I knew We were real
No reason to believe different I Reckon I will
Get over how we used to be
In the meantime I'm ok with Encountering we
