Empty Words
so what if you love me
what about this kind promise
you look at me and then at him
and share with him our kiss
wasn't i supposed to be special?
weren't you supposed to care?
why be with me and then with him?
what about this seems fair?
I guess those words were empty
i guess you didn't know me
but guess what sweetheart
bet you didn't see this part
Love comes back to you in the end!
We have to pay for our sins!
Bring it back to me and I'll leave it there!
In that place in your heart where love is bare!
but what I'm trying to say
that someday in someway
words that were empty will stay empty
and nothing between us will ever be
