Empires Slowly Fall

The sun will shine and
Lovers will dine and
It don't really matter if
You don't know why
Clouds up in the sky
Will keep on floating by
Even if you ease your mind
So, give it a try
The ants will still crawl
Empires slowly fall
While we're smiling here
Year after year
